Yes, it is hard to get over that feeling and the worst part we want to give in to our old habits and bad addiction where these addiction will make us feel worse and feel bad of ourselves. Next, we also will lose our self-control and start from the beginning which is the painful part.
Does it mean it is impossible and will be hard ? No and yes... But remember we are build to be champion when we get involved there must be a way to not get involved and avoid it at all cost.
When we feel the emptiness write and read.... WRITE will help the most and will always soothe our mind. Listen to song or music will help our brain to be stimulated and feel the refreshment that we need...
