Worrying to much won't help
"Worrying to much, won't help"...
It makes things even worse. People nowadays including myself want to achieve the goal straight away not knowing it will affect our daily mood and emotions. So, what can we do about things like this so that we ourselves will not be so worried about it and just keep moving on? .
I may not be the best person to give the tips nor advice. What, I learn from having self-aware to myself the worrier we become the worse the situation will be.

- Realize that it is only in our thought Realizing the thinking is actually crazy but we just think on itself that is not necessarily important in part of our life. So, instead of thinking negatively we can try to change it into something more helpful such as how our job/ hobby/ skills can help us to achive the dream we wanted.
- Calm down, and realign your thought Watching TEDX will not only gives you answer you want but help you ways that no book can explain it clearly. Surely, books is so useful and very important in our life. But, how is it for a person who is slow to recognize things and unable to grasp the knowledge properly to learn it easier? People learn faster with auditory and visuals. Because of this, things can be learned easily and effectively
